Koreshan Historic State Park | Rock Gothic with Heather & Chris

Heather is one of the most creative, stylish, and hard working individuals I know. She totally rocks AND has a super talented musically inclined boyfriend, Chris Moll of the Lovers Key and The PostMarks. Two of the sweetest, genuine and supportive people I know. I am so blessed to call these two friends.

SERIOUS talent from Chris and Maco. Think the Noisettes – whom I’m totally obsessed with. When I heard the mastered version of “Who’s the One You Love” I was HOOKED. SERIOUSLY HOOKED. Maco has this amazingly raspy and electrifying voice. Alright, I’ll stop there until the album comes out and I’ll share THAT amazingness then. In the meantime, bookmark theloverskey.com. Buckingham Family Session | Cody, Tiffany & Haley

Cody and Tiffany are the funniest couple you’ll ever meet, and their daughter, Haley, is a HOOT! We met last year as wedding vendors (both of us are wedding photographers) and have become fast friends ever since!

Cody and Tiff chose this amazing location… I didn’t even know where we were going! It’s actually one of their favorite places and the sunset was just BEAU-TI-FUL!

Hales received her first lollipop for great cooperation and it was so much fun capturing the joy and love of this little family.

Gentry Thomas | Florida Gulf Coast University

Long time client and friend, wedding DJ extraordinaire, Radio talkshow host, all around awesome person, Gentry Thomas and I did a promo shoot to update his marketing images. We always have a good time and we love pushing boundaries – in both of our work. To give me a challenge and to offer up a new location to play around in, we chose my alma mater, Florida Gulf Coast University. With the Eagles just winning their second game against USDS and making NCAA history (being the first 15 seed team to make it into the Sweet Sixteen) the campus was surprisingly quiet. We took advantage of the quiet to make some killer shots.

Featured on Grace Ormonde | Italia Style Vow Renewal | Cody & Tiffany

Cody and Tiffany are a wonderfully sweet and fun couple with a cute as a button daughter, Haley. They are also some of my favorite wedding photography friends that I met just last year. Cody and Tiffany are Hunter Ryan Photo! AND…… They JUST celebrated their 7 year wedding anniversary. So to celebrate, I teamed up with them, Kehrin at Jet Set Wed, Janea of JA Make-up Artistry, Hilary at Tie the Knot Couture, Debra at DM Paper Designs, Ben at Spirits of Bacchus, the ladies at Isn’t She Lovely Florals, Lush bakery, and my other fun photographer friend, Nikki at Nikki MayDay Photography! (Matt over at YoDisMatt Photography and Design did part of the shoot for my promo video… shhhh!)

Film Noir “A Walk Downtown” | Hannah & Travis

My muse (the nagging voice inside my head) would not let me be until I did a shoot inspired by the film noir movies in the 1940′s-1950′s. I have been plagued for MONTHS. And really? It’s one of my favorite genres of film. Maybe I’m a bit dark, but I love drama and emotion, and to be able to portray that in my work is something I strive for everyday. I think it took months because I haven’t found the right couple. Each styled session I shoot is tailored specifically to the individual couples. So when I met Hannah while teaching a modeling workshop for FGCU students at Koreshan State Park, and found out she had a long-time boyfriend, Travis – it just clicked. Travis and Hannah have been together since sophomore year in high school and met at a church camping retreat. Aww!

A Walk Downtown is about two people who met one night, spend all evening together, and depart – never to see each other again. I hope you enjoy!
